TRAVELING FOR HERNIA SURGERY
STEP 1
Complete Pre-op Questionnaire
Include all information requested. Please be complete and specific
STEP 2
Surgeon will call you
The surgeon that will be seeing you pre-op and performing your surgery will call you to discuss your case and answer all your questions and concerns
STEP 3
Office Consultation
During your office consultation you will have a complete history and physical examination by the surgeon. For traveling patients day one is the office visit, day two outpatient surgery and most patients usually return home on day three.
STEP 4
Surgery Day
The day after your office visit you will go to a state of the art Ambulatory Surgery Center for your outpatient procedure
STEP 5
Post-Op Visit
The day after surgery you will be seen in the office for a post-operative check prior to returning home.
